Welcome to Post Guardian. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services. By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing our tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a business or entity to use Post Guardian services.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually based on your plan. Charges are processed via Stripe. Failed payments may result in suspension of service.
4. Free Trial
Post Guardian offers a 14-day free trial for new business accounts. Each company is only eligible for one (1) free trial. Multiple trial signups from the same company, even using different emails, are strictly prohibited. If a company has already used a trial, they must choose a paid plan to continue using the service.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for unused time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Post Guardian for any illegal activity, spamming, scraping, or reverse engineering. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and trademarks on Post Guardian are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Availability
We strive to maintain uptime, but service interruptions may occur. We are not liable for downtime or data loss due to unforeseen technical issues.
9. Privacy
Your data is protected and handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Post Guardian at our discretion if you breach these Terms or use the service in a harmful way.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify users via email or dashboard alerts.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Post Guardian is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Post Guardian, even if we were advised of the possibility.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaii.
15. Abuse Prevention
We actively monitor for fraudulent or abusive use of our trial system. Any attempt to bypass trial limitations by creating duplicate accounts under the same organization, address, or corporate identity may result in suspension or banning of all related accounts.
